Roar Chilli Oil was inspired by Japanese chilli oil we encountered during our travels. Typically, Japanese chilli oil has more bits than oil. We’ve put our own spin on it to enhance the crunchiness, increase the “umaminess” (we know this term is overused, but trust us—it’s very umami), and provide more oil for you to drizzle.
