Return, Subscription & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened packages only. If the box has been opened, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Additionally, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your parcel arrives damaged, we will issue a store credit refund.
• Example: For a three-pack purchase where only one bottle is damaged, we will refund the value of one bottle in store credit instead of the full pack.
• If you received the wrong item, contact us, and we’ll correct the issue.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at Hello@chansupperclub.com. We will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method OR store credit within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at Hello@chansupperclub.com.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription only after the first repeat cycle has been completed. To cancel, log into your account and search for “Subscription” in the menu section.
